Hitting the gym.

Updated: Jan 28, 2022

It’s one thing to keep the mind and brain active, but if the vessel they are in is unhealthy, well the brain can become useless very quickly. I have come to a point in my life where I have realized that my physical health is just as important as my mental health. So to remedy the situation I have decided (despite my distaste of contact with most people) to join up at the local gym. I have already been going for a few days (by the time this is posted it will have been longer) and have rather enjoyed having something to do that is all about looking after me. I continue to write and still build games when I am not cleaning up around the house, walking or working out. Within the next few days, I am hopeful that my birth certificate will arrive so I can finally finish my paperwork for the job as a taxi driver. Again, despite my distaste for contact with most people, I am very much a people person. Friendly to all I met and happy to start or continue a conversation. Unless, of course, the person is one of many who seem to dislike me for no reason other than I am honest. I guess I will cross that bridge when I get there. For now, I am focused on getting my house just right and my body close to it. Haha. Workouts daily and on the days I don’t work out, walk the dog. The wetlands, the lake or even the graveyard. Any of the locations this town has to offer are options.
